At Mini CEO Snack Co. LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted snacks and meaningful experiences. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Food & Snack Products

Due to the nature of our products, all snack sales are final.

Because our popcorn balls and other food items are perishable and made fresh, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food products once they have been shipped or delivered.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened food items
  • Unopened food items
  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund for the affected item

Shipping Issues

Mini CEO Snack Co. is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier
  • Weather-related shipping delays

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Programs, Events & Experiences

Mini CEO Academy

  • Digital products, downloadable materials, and online programs are non-refundable once access is granted.
  • If the Academy is offered as a waitlist or pre-launch program, any applicable refund terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Mini CEO On The Move (Events & Workshops)

  • Event bookings may be subject to specific cancellation or rescheduling terms, which will be outlined in your booking agreement.
  • Deposits for events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to update an order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
